Systems

How does a good system work in the casino? Very simply, it tells you your best time
to bet.

Most systems don't move fast enough for gamblers. They want action. However,
they usually pay a dear price for this desire. And they usually get excited by all the
"could of's and what if's".  I'm sure they want to win though, they just don't
understand the game well enough to keep from losing most of the time. My
experience proves to me that if you try to find the hot rolls only, it takes about five-
thousand dollars to find a table that pays you one-thousand. In some peoples mind
that is good enough. Not me, I prefer sure steady units.

You can learn to read a table. You can learn what to look for. You can learn what to do
with what you see. You can see that certain things are okay to bet on, and certain
things are not. You can also learn...

1. That the numbers on the dice roll within a predictable range that allows winning
activity more often than not for someone with the know how.

2. That the pass or don’t side can be pinpointed as to the best time to bet on either
one.

Yes, a player can learn the best time to bet.
Yes, a player can learn when not to bet.
Yes, a player can win consistently.

The average player has to guess at everything and "hope" for a lucky break. That is
not enough to win consistently. To win consistently you have to take the guessing
out of it.

Did you know that the don't side or the pass side will not dominate the other in the
number of times made over a given enough period of time. Knowing this alone is a
valuable clue in learning to win consistently. Can this information be fine tuned and
used for gaining an edge? Yes, and the good part is, it's easier than you think.

                        Cycles

Everything cycles. Most particularly the dice. That's why the average player cannot
stand up to the casino's edge. The part of the cycle that doesn't cooperate with a
betting method completes the circle, comes around again and takes the winnings
back. It always happen that way. Why? Once again... the cycles are always in motion
at the tables. Unless you know how to avoid the bad ones and stick to the good ones
you end up losing. Recognizing cycles are important.

To win on purpose means you calculated the bet and won. If you do it on purpose
once, you can do it again, then again, and so on. Can you become a consistent
winner at the tables? Why not? All you need is the right information.

Bankroll

One thing people are justly concerned about is bankroll. How much money do they
need to start with? If you play $5.00 units (red chips) a hundred-dollars should be
enough to put you in business. From there your investment can grow. I shy away
from any method that requires a lot of money. If something is good then I don't need
a lot of money. I should be able to start small and grow big. In fact, if one knows the
game of craps well enough then a hundred-dollars can turn into a thousand. A
thousand to ten-thousand. There is no limit.

                        Money Management

Managing your money correctly is as important as having a system that works.
Knowing what a bet is worth is good business. Some bets are worth little and others
much more. When you learn to get the feel of the table you can adjust your bets
accordingly as time goes by. Some players bet the same even when the table is in a
bad cycle.

So, no matter what your standard unit size for playing is, I recommend first entering a
table with the minimum allowed.

Why? It's just common sense to see how the table is performing before you go all
out.

The bottom line is, you want a table that co-operates with you and the system you
are using. A good system can tell you right away if the table is going to co-operate or
not, thus saving you valuable time and money.

Once you begin winning at the lower unit size you can always go higher.

On the other hand, if it's a bad table (cold) you find out with a small investment and
can then look for something better. A good tip.

Don't fight a table. Have a stop loss limit. Stay in neutral. If you remain calm you can
stay on top of the situation.

Remember, you have all the time you need to win and no time for losing.

The dice can be like bees. If you know how to work them you won't get stung. On the
other hand, if you are careless you can get hurt.

Why do a lot of people get hurt at the craps table. Why do the casinos win most of the
time?

First of all, most players bet on every play. They make multiple bets. They lose more
than one bet at a time while on the other hand, they only win one bet at a time.

You see, losing multiple bets puts the player at a big disadvantage. The player has to
recuperate all the multiple losses one bet at a time. In the reverse, the casino wins
multiple bets on one roll of the dice. While they only pay out one bet at time.
This is not a good deal anywhere for beating the game..
